CDCM is planning to take legal action against Peugeot

Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investments Holding Company (AIND), released a statement yesterday announcing that its subsidiary Cairo for Development and Cars Manufacturing (CDCM) is planning to take legal action against Peugeot Citroen by appointing Yehia & Partners law firm, where attorney Ashraf Yehia, an international arbitration expert, will take the lead. This came after Peugeot had abruptly terminated its 41-year-old partnership. It is worth noting that Peugeot-Citroen has chosen Mansour Group and Dubai-based Scope Investment to be its licensed distributor of Peugeot vehicles in Egypt.
