47 real estate companies in negotiations with New Capital City to acquire land from new 5,000-acre tender
Forty-seven local and international real estate companies are currently negotiating with the New Capital City (NCC) Administration to acquire land plots from the new 5,000-acre tender planned to take place in the coming few days, according to Magdy Amin, head of NCC real estate division. He added that the new tender will include plots ranging in size from 20 to 800 acres.
